So I call it a Crepecake but it’s supposed to be a pancake and the mixture wasn’t as thick so they came out like mini crepes almost and super yummy and approved by all!!
Ingredients
2 cups gluten free flour
3 Stevia packets
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups coconut milk
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup egg whites
Blend all the ingredients together until lumps are out and cook over a medium heat.
Enjoy with toppings of your choice.
