Day three started out as planned. I made my protein smoothie and lets say I wasted most of it. I think it was way too much for me along with my Turkey Sausage.
I ate well all afternoon, enjoyed ice water and even tried counting calories which I have to say was quite annoying and brings me back to…..more protein, veggies, and fruit means NO counting calories.
Let’s skip ahead to dinner. I’ve been eating clean for about a week. Tonight I made a processed meal with homemade taco shells. BAD IDEA! I figured one night to get rid of it out of the house wouldn’t be bad but it was a bad idea. Needless to say it made me enjoy a bout of nausea and leads me to…..
No exercise except the Easy Abs which I just stopped this entry to do. I’m looking forward to my run/walk tomorrow because I won’t have a crap meal before hand.
Top 5 things learned today:
1. Processed food just sucks I’m learning.
2. Using a straw to enjoy my smoothie makes it harder to finish the smoothie and said smoothie is then wasted.
3. Doing Day 2 of Easy Abs shows me how easy it isn’t and how my abs are sore which is a good thing I hear.
4. You get a lot of smiles and hellos when you push a Super Hero around in his car while running errands at Museum Square instead of a stroller.
5. I completed Day 3 taking my vitamins which is HUGE as I don’t take good care of myself and I’m hoping to continue being good to myself with the help of this challenge.
So the day started out great and ended with me lounging on the couch due to eating crappy food. Hoping tomorrow is 100% better than today!
