Day two is complete and I’m EXHAUSTED!! I learned I need to eat more and the reason it hurts to jog is because I am Vitamin D deficient and Anemic! I learned I’m knowing my body more and was so right why I was a emotional mess and today I learned that I’m so not a counting calories gal and it’s just not going to happen!!
Where to begin……
Food:
My meals and snacks today were as follows:
Breakfast ~ 4 Turkey Sausage, Slice of Pepper Jack Cheese.
Snack ~ 2 slices Turkey Deli Meat
Lunch ~ Gluten Free Wrap, 3 Slices Deli Turkey Meat, Slice Pepper Jack Cheese
Dinner ~ Steak & Grilled Italian Squash
Liquids
I could have drank more water but I didn’t. I did have Water, Zevia, and a Iced Non Fat SF Vanilla Latte. Lots of Crushed Ice too. That does count as water, right? Finally I ended with 25 grams of Sugar Free Grape Protein.
Exercise
Yeah me. I did two exercise routines using Runkeeper and Easy Abs. Ending with some Ballet Barre work for stretching. Have to say Miley Cyrus’s song “When I Look at You” is great motivation to finish a jog when you don’t want to or maybe my crazy hormones today made that song my motivator. Either way I kept going.
Vitamins / Health
Since my health sucks I took my vitamins as I should and HOPE to feel better soon!!
So I thinks that’s it for today. I’m not crazy yet but it’s because I’m not treating this as a diet but instead as a life style change.
As I say Good-Night I’d like to point out my evil, yes EVIL husband is eating tortilla chips in front of me and keeps asking me “What’s wrong?” because I know he feels guilty being a bad influence and NO I will not be eating any chips because I can by lots of chips with the Target Gift Card that’s part of the BIG PRIZE at the end of this challenge!!
