Yesterday wasn’t what I expected the first day of the “Weight Loss Challenge” to be. Yesterday pretty much sucked.
Yes, I kept to eating right (minus the 5 dots and few Dark Chocolate (does vegan count as healthy?) chips) BUT what I learned yesterday is that I need to find better solutions for me to eat in a pinch and more protein options.
I decided Green Tea would be a good treat and it was super Yummy! I think I’m going to move the Iced Non Fat Sugar Free Lattes out and add in the Iced Green Teas. Not today fully, but soon.
Take into account I feel like a small SUV ran me over and that I’m upping my vitamins so my levels rise from LOW I’m actually doing good going into day two. When we aren’t feeling well our minds aren’t at their best and everything seems just so much worse.
Off to another day of being kinder to me and ROCKING this Weight Loss Challenge! I hope most of this made sense but I’m just not feeling too hot today. Until tomorrow.
