Baked Banana Chips 

In keeping with healthy snack alternatives for me and the kids I made baked banana chips. Turns out it’s a bit time consuming. Took one and a half hours but the outcome was yummy. 

Ingredients

Two Bananas

Two small Lemons

How To

Preheat oven to 260 degrees

Slice up bananas thin

Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with lemon juice. 

Bake for 30 minutes, flip over pieces and continue this every 30 minutes until crispy

The end result is a super yummy gluten free, paleo, vegan treat.
