It’s been a bit since I’ve blogged and for good reason. From my PCOS I had Gastric Bypass in 2007. I’ve had complications. I almost died in March. It caused me to put into motion big life changes I’ve needed to do for years. My blog fell to the side.

I’ve found my blog to be a big support to a lot of women and I even have male followers with food allergies and I need to focus more on it.

So, I’m back. Living a full life with no regrets includes not forgetting my passion to fight PCOS, live with Gluten & Dairy allergies, Raise kids with a ten year age gap, and be a little type a one day at a time.

Today I deactivated my Facebook account for one month. That alone will free up time for my blog and I can’t wait to reconnect!
