Surviving a 30 Day Plank Challenge…

With a little help of some friends.

I decided to do a thirty day plank challenge but little did I know posting about the first day, completing 20 seconds would lead to friends joining me on a journey for the next 29 days. We finally finished yesterday at a 5 minute plank.

Starting at 20 seconds and working our way up to five minutes is huge. Not all of us did five minutes straight but still did five minutes worth of a plank per day is better than nothing.

I did five minutes straight. It was a personal goal for me. Every time I passed our last goal time I just smiled and knew I could make it to the next goal time. I’ve gone through so much I knew I could do this!

I loved the daily support we provided each other if even briefly. Some of us ended up too sick to continue, some of us injured, and still we supported each other. I really enjoyed this challenge.

I’ve included a image of this challenge if the spirit moves you to try it. People follow my blog for different reasons and PCOS is one. This helped with my self esteem. So those with PCOS I hope it can help you to know you can do it. You can finish this and you can beat PCOS one day at a time!!
