Today I bring you a in progress photo of where I’m at in my “Lose the Liam” weight journey.
I’ve lost and kept off 12 lbs since April 2013. Slow? Maybe but healthy? Yes.
Little Tips to losing and keeping it off:
1. Don’t stress yourself out.
2. More lean protein and fruit/veggies.
3. Exercise
4. Gluten Free isn’t a Weightloss tool.
5. Water
6. Be kind to me.
Looking forward to the rest of my challenge to lose the rest of my Liam weight.
