I can suffer from malabsorption and from looking at me you would not think so but thanks to PCOS and the Gastric Bypass I do.
I try and find ways to get my nutrients other than my iron infusions so I thought….juicing goes right into your system. I tried juicing but it was so messy and I felt I had to buy the whole store.
I now found the solution with Pressed Juicery
This was my breakfast and with dinner I had a Greens 6 with my protein. Fingers crossed this works (:
