Passover starts a week from Monday.
I married a Jewish Man.
I eat Gluten Free.
I want Matzo Ball Soup too.
Last year I didn’t do too well making my soup. Last year I didn’t have my Mini Prep by Cuisinart.
This year…..I did.
All you need is one egg and one square of Gluten Free Matzah. I love this toasted onion kind:
I took the matzah and chopped until it was fine like the box soup. I then just added some egg to blend it and stuck it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once the mixture sat for 30 minutes I made little balls out of the mixture and placed it into chicken broth I’ve let boil. After twenty minutes the soup is done and this was what I got and it was delicious this time!!!!
