I didn’t finish this blog entry last night because I was asleep by 8. Yep I passed out. So now here is my breakdown of the top 5 things from Yesterday:
1. I walked six miles in flip flops yesterday which is not a smart idea. Even if walking to the mall with your family. Due to said walk no jogging was done and only ab work completed.
2. French Macaroons are evil. I did break down and have one yesterday. I think with the six mile walk I earned the one lonely Raspberry Chocolate Macaroon & totally Gluten Free.
3. Money & Prizes are big motivators!
4. Must drink more water!
5. I took my vitamins 5 days in a row.
All in all day 5 was a success. I’m going to do a really long walk weekly or a trip to Runyan Canyon. I’m also taking a little boy to Disneyland where I will walk from the parking (I always do) and walk all the way around the park before rides. I’m curious to the miles.
This challenge though on day 5 has me motivated to really be good to me. I’m sure there are going to be crap days but that’s OK as long as I complete this challenge!!
