Why you may be asking does this stroller have to do with “Random Acts of Kindness?” well I will tell you.

People who know me know I’m one to give things away. Those who don’t and are offered something may think like I did today…two questions…

1. Does this lady think I’m destitute? I can afford Crocs and New Balance shoes for Liam.

2. Wow, that was really nice of you, Thank You.

It is interesting because I was added to this FB group “Westside Swap” and this stroller pictured was a item I tried to sell, to no avail but recently gave to a friend. It was so much easier than re-listing it over and over. I know she can afford a stroller BUT I like her a lot and knew it would be used. In this group I’ve sold one item and given away two. I never expect anything it’s just who I am.

So today when me and this mystery lady were setting up for me to buy the shoes I thought we were done and then she called me and said she was giving me the shoes. My first thought was “Does she think I’m hurting for money” so I even said “No, I can buy them” but she said she couldn’t take money from me and my next thought was “How nice and Gratitude” I felt very good on the inside after. I know I give away a lot and it makes me feel good but I was on the other end and I also felt so good.

It’s true that we should all do little things for each other and to step out of ourselves and be there for another. It makes life so much nicer.
