I still believe it works but I don’t need it to do really what I believe other women are looking for. I have no issues with monthly cycles and I’m not trying to conceive. I do believe from what I’ve read that women having these issues do have some, if not a lot of relief. I don’t feel I should take a supplement that isn’t doing for me what I need it to. It’s also a waste of money for me.
For those of you who are having cycle issues or TTC I say give it a shot. I also didn’t notice a different in weight loss. HOWEVER since cutting out Dairy 100% I’ve noticed a difference and I also cut out Diet Soda 100%.
I had twenty pounds of Liam weight to lose and it seems to really help! That and diet and exercise. I have to be really strict with eating for PCOS like I’m told. No gluten, dairy, or soy.
