This is a screen shot showing that Friday I will jog a 5k and complete this training. I never missed a training and I feel so good about doing this. I even have begun to exercise on the non work out days. It’s hard for me to do high impact work outs like Insanity etc. but this is something I’ve kept to and I’m looking forward to Friday and running/jogging/brisk walking a 5k before work. I’ve started and stopped the Couch to 5k program numerous times and it feels so good to set a goal and stick to it.
Go Kat and if I can do it anyone can. It’s not about being fast its about going further than I did before. It’s about doing the miles if even at a brisk walk from time to time because even on those days it’s better than not doing anything at all.
