I may burn for saying this but watching E-Rock in pain was quite comical.

I assisted in rubbing out the knot in E-Rocks leg this evening. I hate to admit it but watching him cuss up a storm well, just made me laugh and made me want to rub the knot out more.

This is the tool he brought home from his friends home tonight. His friend is a avid runner and suggested this. I hope it helped relieve some of the pain and it really was quite funny watching E-Rock this evening.
