Today I had the best Artichoke Dip and I made it myself based off a recipe I received from a Weightloss Challenge I’m doing. Thought I’d share it with you all….
1 can artichoke hearts drained
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp Italian season
Mix all these in a Cuisinart mini prep or something like that until its a creamier type mixture and dip your favorite veggies in and wow, what a great and light lunch!!
