I made this smoothie for breakfast. I was concerned it had “Yogurt” in it. I dislike yogurt like I dislike Mayo, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream…you know the white creamy gross things out there. Still this was very good.
The recipe said it was for two servings and it ended up being two servings so I split it between my daughter and I. This also cut the calories in half. Total this was 326 for two servings. I didn’t realize when I added this to my fitness pal it was for the two servings.
I was able to cut it all in half and have the actual smoothie did fill up the cup and was quite filling.
