As those of you who follow my blog know I’ve got PCOS, I eat Gluten Free, I Love Ballet, and I need to lose 26 lbs. It’s much harder with PCOS to lose weight.
I’ve been trying on my own & for the most part I’ve been doing OK losing 4 lbs in three weeks BUT I need variety and I need exercise for women with PCOS…
So….
I’m doing a Summer Weight Loss challenge as a form of more education and exercise variety. A way to have more help. I will not treat it as a challenge because I don’t want my body dysmorphia friend to visit again. You know gaining and losing 100 lbs in a year can mess with ones self image.
So all this being said I’m looking forward to some more positive changes and here’s a photo of my shopping done today for meals this week and the beauty of it is everyone will enjoy it here at home.
New foods even being eaten this week: Greek Yogurt (I know you are shocked), Northern White Beans, & Bean Sprouts. Yes, you read that right.
