I decided after almost weekly seeing the homemade chili at my bosses home decided to make homemade chili for the family. This is how it went because I like things simple:
Turkey Chili Gluten Free
1. Brown some onions and ground lean turkey. (Recipe noted to drain liquid but I had extra lean turkey so there was none to drain)
2. Add in some chili seasonings, roasted tomatoes, and Red Kidney beans BUT don’t drain the liquid first. You’ll need the juices for the chili.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
4. Eat your chili.
Vegetarian Chili Not Gluten Free
1. Cook two morning star grillers then crumble.
2. Brown some onions and then add the crumbled grillers.
3. Follow steps 2-4 on the Turkey Chili.
