Real Dark Chocolate is a Must…Sorry

I wanted dessert. With my PCOS I’m supposed to eat Gluten Free and Low Glycemic.

Now lets be honest, there is not or I have not found any yummy gluten and sugar free items out there. I can live without sweets for the most part BUT I too deserve something to nosh on that is sweet once a week.

I thought Chocolate dipped pretzels. Glutino has great pretzels and I’m not normally a pretzel fan and I found some sugar free chocolate (see below the bar that was terrible) that I melted and tried to make some chocolate dipped pretzels. They were terrible, epic fail.

I then remembered there was some real dark chocolate chips for baking and even though its not sugar free its still gluten free and I made me a few pretzels worth eating and I’ve had my fix.

What I got from this is I may not be able to eat perfectly but I eat pretty good and I found a yummy treat just for moi!
