I feel like I’ve done a extreme workout and all I did was a full on ballet class Saturday. This pain reminds me how much I need to stretch. So today instead of jogging I did a ton of stretching and will do so with some barre work before jogging each day so that by Saturday I’m ready for class and not in a world of pain. Did I mention this is painful and not good pain??
Thank goodness I have a portable barre. That helps SO much!!
