Top 10 Reasons I Have A Treadmill

The honest 10 reasons why I bought and today for the first time (got it yesterday) used my treadmill:

10. I don’t have to jog in front of anyone or risk you seeing me jog (those who know and live near me) because I think you think I look terrible jogging as if really you care.

9. Chronic Anemia makes jogging hard and with a treadmill I can even walk fast and if I get lightheaded which can happen I’m home.

8. Hate having to pay to enter a gym and think you’re judging me and listen to terrible music that my headphones can’t drown out isn’t my idea of a good time.

7. It seemed a treadmill would make working out a little easier since I rise at five am for moi time.

6. I watch too many spooky things and I’m sure at five am something or someone is going to get me.

5. I can blare my music in the family room and not wear headphones. So nice.

4. I want my favorite jeans to fit comfortably.

3. I need to exercise to feel good about the day ahead. It really does put me in a good mood.

2. I don’t want to be considered fat ever. I never want to be judged for my weight. I’m over that and the rapid weight gain from PCOS and the rapid weight loss after Gastric Bypass showed me how judgmental people can be.

1. I want to be more comfortable in my own skin. I really want to be nicer to me. Doing good things for yourself is supposed to help with that and exercise is a form of taking care of yourself.

I’m hoping these reasons turn into exercise is good for you. Until then at least I’ve got the reasons above.

Hopefully I don’t end up with something collecting dust but I don’t see that happening.
