and it’s not pretty.
I received my blood work back, my yearly blood work and the findings were not surprising:
- I have a Insufficient amount of Vitamin D in moi. No wonder I get “Severe Contusions” to my knees doing jumping jacks.
- My B-12 is low.
- Calcium low.
- Super Low Iron (causes hair to fall out my doctor reminded me).
- New item on the list….Hypoglycemia.
In all I’m a mess. I can say that my Cholesterol is amazing though. No risk of clogged arteries just a shrunken heart from lack of iron. My protein levels though low are in range so as long as I continue lots of protein I’m good.
I’m hoping my report next year will be much better! I start the Weight Loss Challenge tomorrow and tomorrow I start the new me Vitamin program too. I have to remember I AM NOT SPECIAL and that I do need supplements and without them, my body is a mess.
