Day 235 – Determination – 37th Year Photo/Moi Challenge
Today I went for another run and I wanted to push myself a little more and I did. I found that for me today 90% determination and not giving up plus 5% great gps, and 5% new shoes equaled my quickest mile per hour yet. Loving the journey!!
